These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for the limited personal purpose for which we provide the Website, namely for information relating to our Products and purchase of the same (the “Purpose”). ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE OR THE PRODUCTS MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

1. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
